Finland warms up to Open Source for Public Adminstration

I just saw the news that Finland has made the decision to use open source software where possible for public administration. The order is written in Finnish, but thanks to the magic of Google Translate, the English version can be read here:

Reading the salient details, it appears that (1) Google Translate does Finnish→English translations better than many American technical writers I have seen trying to do English→English, and (2) the policy writers were equally faithful to the definition of “open source” by specifically citing the OSI and the Open Source Definition.
